This meditation CD is to help guide you outside your body. Narrated by Adela Lavine, with original music composed by Greg Lyons. This guided meditation will take you back to what you will remember as your ethereal home. You may speak to your teachers, spirit family, and will be open to the messages from behind the vale; or you may just want to wonder and explore your ethereal world . Allowing your spirit to take a slight break from this material world. There is no wrong or right way. Just allow yourself to let go on this spiritual journey.
