All bookings are final — no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Sessions are private 1-on-1 and held in the time zone you select. Please choose one reading type only; mixing (eg. half intuitive, half medium) is not allowed. For medium readings, you may connect with one person who has passed. You’re welcome to record your session <3 — Zoom has a built-in option, and for phone readings, recording is up to you.
